This chair was easy to assemble and is working perfectly. It has great support, but doesn't have a lot of cushion on the seat. Overall, it is very comfortable and professional looking.

Great Chair! Quick assembly!! : Boss B8106 Executive Chair, Black

Just wanted a basic second chair for the office and that's what I got. Assembly instructions are not clear and I have assembled A LOT of products. Take your time, be careful not to cross-thread any bolts (it's seems prone to it and the holes don't line up very well. It's a chair and assembled it does alright. Please note that the rollers are made for carpet and you'll have to buy different ones for hard floor or chair mats (or lay an area rug down). One star deducted for the pain of assembly. Let you know how it holds up.

Broken within a week : Home Office High Back Executive Office Chair

As another reviewer stated, this 'high back' chair is closer to mid-back. The chair base and backing seem to be made with a particle-board-esque product that feels and sounds like it's ready to shred apart when you sit in the chair.

While I'm not certain this is a consistent problem among this chair, my particular chair's pneumatic mechanism did not work at all and would return to its lowest position after being forced to withstand even the weight of the chair and nothing more.

If you're a really tiny person, this chair is probably okay for you, but if you're over the age of ten or weigh more than the pillow upon which you sleep each night, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your next desk chair. As anyone reading this review can probably surmise, I'm returning this chair as soon as I can and going for something that serves its purpose a little more adequately.
